Guest lecture was conducted by the department of Chemistry on 25/10/2021 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm through goggle platform, for M.sc first & second year students . Dr. Gaitry Chopra  introduce the   Dr. Wasudeo Gurunule.

Chief guest Dr.Wasudeo Gurunule is  Associate Professor at Kamla Nehru College Nagpur. He has published number of papers in National and international journals. He delivered lecturer  On topic ‘’””STEREO CHEMISTRY AND BONDING IN COMPOUNDS AND C.F.T.(CRISTAL FIELD THEORY)””.He introduce students with “” C.F.T. ‘’’In which he had spoken about Orientation of d orbital ,crystal field splitting in octahedral complexes ,crystal field stabilization energy.He also explained the concept of magnetic properties of complexes- why some complexes are diamagnetic while some are paramagnetic . while delivering this lectures he had given the various  example of octahedral, tetrahedral & square planer complexes like [Cr(NH
